4:00–8:00 PM at the Veiner Centre (225 Woodman Ave SE, Medicine Hat).

If you're an out of town racer, you can pack up your package on Saturday morning from 9:30 - 10:30!

ENTRY FEES

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: UNTIL JULY 31st! Adult $40, Kids $20 (17 & under)

REGULAR PRICE: Adult $50; Kids $30! (Online closes Thursday night.)

LAST MINUTE REGISTRATION: Adult $60; Kids $40 (Starts Friday, closes Saturday morning.)

(Race Day Registration will be available from 9:30am-10:15am for $60)

It saves to register early and to guarantee a free T-shirt! Make sure to give yourself enough time to grab your bib and prepare for a 11am start!

RACE DAY SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Race Start Times

10 km: race start 11:00am

5km runners: race start 11:10am

3km runners: race start 11:20am

RACE START

Your start time is automatically triggered when you cross the start/finish line.

FINISH LINE

Athletes are encouraged to grab some water and food, and cheer the runners as they cross the finish line.

RACE TIMING

In Person Event: All runners will be timed by RacePro team. 

Virtual: Download RunKeeper App. This is self-timed and you choose your own course. When you are done running your distance, take a screen shot of your completed time and distance.  Race results must be submitted by noon, October 10th.

Complete race day results will be posted after the event is over.

POST-RACE

Bottled water, food, and snacks will be available at the finish line. After the race, runners are encouraged to gather for prizes and a short message from The Water Run organizers.

Top 2 Male/Female FINISHERS for the 5k & 10k will win a PRIZE!

Support The Root Cellar: Bring canned food donations. Look for their donation table/van on-site to drop off your items.
